Salon Policies
Life gets in the way, B3 Beauty totally understands that. If you book an appointment, you agree to the policies below. These have been put in place for the business to run as smoothly as possible.
Online Bookings
All online bookings require a card saved online to book your appointment. This is kept very secure on the website and this card won't be charged until the client gives permission or they break the cancellation 24hr policy. If you decide to cancel, reschedule or you don't show to you an appointment on the day, a 25% fee will be charged to your card. You will receive a pre-appointment consultation form once your appointment has been confirmed via email. You will be required to provide us with details relating to your medical history, known allergies, skincare routine, lifestyle preferences and any other information we reasonably require in order to make informed recommendations regarding our skincare products and treatments.
You will also receive a confirmation text 24hrs before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by calling B3 Beauty on 0448839179. We have a strict 24hr cancellation period. If you cancel an appointment within the 24hr cancellation period you will be charged 25% of the service fee.
If you cancel your appointment outside of the cancellation period, giving us more than 24hr notice, your booking deposit will be refunded back onto the card used at the time of booking.
Running Late
If you find yourself running late to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible and call B3 Beauty on 0448839179. We will always try our best to accommodate our clients where possible and are usually able to adjust your appointment to compensate for 5-10 minutes Maximum.
We strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients and we will not be able to complete a service if you are running late by more than 50% of the treatment time. You may be offered an alternative service (at full price) if appropriate, otherwise, it will be deemed as a no-show, our cancellation policy will apply and you will forfeit your booking and be charge 25% of the service fee.
No-Show fee
If you fail to show up to your appointment without notice, our cancellation policy will apply and you will be charged 25% of the service fee.
Refunds
We do not refund items for change of mind. All product purchases are final, and we cannot accept exchanges or product returns due to the risk of contamination. We will only offer an exchange if the product packaging is deemed faulty or damaged. You will be required to return the product to the salon within 7 days of purchase for assessment from the manufacturer.
No refund for treatment services will be given as it's the therapist time. No refund can be given if you dont like the outcome as you wouldve already previously signed a docuent stating that every outcome is different for each client.
The therapists performing the treatments are professionally trained and have 4+ years of experience in this industry, providing the best service possible.
